Senior Care Communities, Inc.

Senior Care Communities, inc. is a national non profit organization created in 1995. The corporation was formed organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes, including but not limited to the fostering and developing of senior housing.

Senior Care Communities fulfills its charitable mission through the rehabilitation of and preservation of existing residential senior housing and the development and acquisition of new housing. An active five member Board or Directors, comprised of individuals with expertise in real estate management and development, marketing and finance, partners with local government and investors to finance housing opportunities of seniors throughout the United States.

Senior Care Communities has over 1,000 units of assisted living apartments, nursing homes, memory units and long term communities throughout the Minneapolis and St. Paul metropolitan area. The communities have more than 1,200 employees in addition to contracting services from local communities.

Covenire Care LLC handles the day-to day management of the various senior communities and the development of new sites for Senior Care Communities. Covenire Care is owned by the principals of Shelter Corporation and Tealwood Care Centers, Inc. Shelter Corporation in a Minnesota based company that finances, develops, owns and manages multi family and senior rental communities throughout the United States. Tealwood CC provides a wide range of services to Senior Care Communities including nursing care, social service, recreational activities, dietary counseling and administrative services.

Senior Care Communities is dedicated to seeking out opportunities for expanding and improving services to the elderly throughout the United States.
